The boring bits:
A non-refundable 25% upfront payment is required at the point of booking, which is to be paid via a secure link to our Worldpay account, a link to which will be generated at the end of the booking process.
The outstanding balance is due to be paid online at least 2 days before the hire date or alternatively the balance can be paid with cash on delivery if preferred.
All bookings are restricted to the available delivery areas and are subject to the associated delivery charges as stated on our website.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the items booked will fit in the venue that they have hired.
Please also note that if demand is high for particular times and dates, the scheduling of delivery and collection may need to be up to an hour before or after your party start and finish times, rather than as per our usual half our slots.
