Deerstock is a wonderfully small but perfectly formed family music festival that's organised annually by festival goers for festivals goers, and on a 'not for profit basis'. The main aim of the event is to raise funds for good causes and The Deerstock Collective are a group of volunteers who put a great deal of their own time and energy into making this a really great experience.
There are 3 stages, a whole host of children’s activities, workshops, a well-stocked bar, a really super cheese & cider tent and a great range of different food stalls so there truly is something for everyone's tastes.
Confirmed acts for this year include Transglobal Underground, Tony Wright from Terrorvision, Tom Williams, Doggens All Stars, The Joey Green Band, Unknown Era and Strip Search Tramp!
If you've not been before, this is a really great opportunity to experience a ‘proper’ music festival in a field with camping and the chance to meet other like-minded families and festival goers in a small and safe environment. It's located in a rather peaceful and picturesque countryside setting that's easily accessible just off the A46 in Nottinghamshire.
We will be there for the whole weekend with our Big Bouncy Castle too, so please come and say 'hello' and let your kids have a go!
